Payment Terms and Conditions

Security Deposit: A $25 security deposit is required to confirm your registration. This amount will be deducted off of the total registration cost. Your spot is not valid until the security deposit has been paid. NO EXCEPTIONS. A representative will contact you to collect your security deposit. Payment Terms: Complete registration payment is due by June 15th. A $10 discount will be applied to those who pay in full by March 11th. Refund Policy: Complete registration cost will be refunded if we are notified by July 1st. After this date, refunds cannot be issued, but you will have the option to sell your spot to someone else. Rain Policy: Elk River Floats will issue gift cards or rain checks for floats if they deem the river unfloatable. However, floats will not be canceled for non-dangerous weather conditions. We float rain or shine! If the float is canceled due to dangerous river or weather conditions, the remaining portion of this event will still take place. Who doesn't love Cabin darties?!
